TURKEY LEFTOVERS EGGS BENEDICT
Heat oven to 350º F. Cut dinner rolls lengthwise and toast until bread is light to medium brown, set aside.
Build two stacks on each plate by layering one piece of bread, hash brown trimmed to sit atop toast, shredded turkey, and poached egg in this order. Cover stacks with Hollandaise sauce and garnish with chives and bacon crumbles. Serve with cranberry sauce on the side and enjoy!
