Chef Boral wasn’t always working with food. He first went to school and earned a degree in marketing and public relations. Now a self taught chef with a marketing mind, he loves to create food outside of the box. When he’s not creating crazy dishes in the kitchen, AC has a thing for music festivals and is known for his Karaoke skills. We hope his karaoke singing is as good as his culinary creations!
Recipe Details

1 cup Hollandaise Sauce (store bought, follow package instructions)

4 Hash brown patties, cooked

1/4 cup bacon crumbles

1/4 cup Cranberry sauce

2 tablespoons Chives, chopped finely

8 ounces Turkey, reheat and shred

4 Eggs, poached

1/4 cup Vinegar

4 KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls

Step 1
Heat oven to 350º F. Cut dinner rolls lengthwise and toast until bread is light to medium brown, set aside.
Step 2
Build two stacks on each plate by layering one piece of bread, hash brown trimmed to sit atop toast, shredded turkey, and poached egg in this order. Cover stacks with Hollandaise sauce and garnish with chives and bacon crumbles. Serve with cranberry sauce on the side and enjoy!
