Open canned tuna and drain water. Place tuna into a large mixing bowl.
Combine drained tuna with mayonnaise and Aunty Liliko'i Passion Fruit Wasabi Mustard.
Dice red onion, cucumbers and celery into ¼ inch pieces. Add into bowl with tuna mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
In mixing bowl, toss arugula with white wine vinegar, sea salad and pepper.
Slice vine ripe tomatoes into ¼ inch slices.
In a small sauté pan with butter, toast Kings Hawaiian Sandwich Buns.
Place bottom toasted bun onto oven safe platter. Top with arugula mix, then sliced tomatoes, then next tuna mix. Top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
Broil for about 20 seconds or until cheese melts.
Transfer to plate. Skewer baby dill pickle, then skewer top bun to rest of sandwich.
