Liliko'i, or passion fruit as it is called on the mainland, is a tropical fruit that thrives in tropical climates. Throughout the islands of Hawai'i you can find many food items containing this tropical fruit, but none as irresistibly distinctive as Aunty Liliko'i's Passion Fruit and Passion Fruit Wasabi Mustards. Originally started by the husband-wife team of Tony and Lori Cardenas in 1990, Melissa and James Warrack took over the operation in 2020.

Aunty Liliko'i continues to produce their delicious mustards (and more) with lots of ALOHA in the historic Waimea Town on the island of Kaua'i -also known as The Garden Isle. Aunty Liliko'i has continually received recognition for their innovative products using some of Hawai'i's most flavorful ingredients.

With 13 medals, the Hawai'i Ho'okela award, US Small Business Exporter of the Year award for the county of Kaua'i and a Grand Champion trophy from the Worldwide Mustard Competition under their belt, they continue to make all their mustards by hand to deliver the highest quality and flavor for folks near and far.
