Whether hosting an egg hunt or putting on your best tie or dress for a nice family meal, there are so many ways to celebrate Easter with ohana. Easter is a wonderful time to spend with family and friends – sharing in laughter; showing your appreciation, and bringing everyone together the Hawaiian Way.

We asked the King’s Hawaiian ohana how they enjoy spending time with their families over the holiday and it was great to hear what you, our fans had to say. The time-honored traditions you spoke of are so dear to your hearts, we feel honored that you let us in on your family memories. Mahalo to Liz, Shannon, Susan and Debbie for sharing these Easter stories with us!

“The Easter egg hunts are our favorite. I like to give clues!”

-Liz (@blueviolet), Greenville, NC

“Having an egg hunt and dinner @ my grandma's. I miss her just too much. She always dyed them for all of us to find. Then in our baskets we had chocolate marshmallow eggs, jelly beans, and chocolate eggs.”

-Shannon H.

“My dad would bring home the latest gadget/method for coloring eggs... I loved coloring Easter eggs!!!”

-Susan W., Millville, KY

“Seeing the delight in my Daughters eyes, at what the Easter Bunny had brought them!! Now seeing it in my Granddaughter's eyes I'm so blessed!”

-Debbie S., Temecula, CA
