Summer is a great time to gather friends and family members; the kids are off school and there’s not as much pressure at parties like during the busy holiday times of year.

Some of my favorite moments with my husband are in the morning before the kiddos wake up. These quiet moments we have together, while making breakfast give us an opportunity to really connect.

After a busy day at work or with the kids I often find myself a little stressed when I come home. Everyone knows how harmful stress can be to your help, so I’ve come up with some easy tips to share with you on how to de-stress.

Summer seemed a little too short this year. It is now time for back to school and nothing seems to make my boys more hungry than a long day at school. I try to keep after school snacks ready to eat when they walk through the door.

School is back in session. Kids are rushing to the bus in their new clothes with raw notebooks yearning to be filled with knowledge. Parents are hustling to get everyone ready and on their way.
