It took over fifteen years of delighting customers at her Oki Diner on the island of Kauai, before Barbara acted on her diners’ persistent request to package her homemade coconut syrup for resale. Many trials and two years later, she was able to do just that. She formulated an all-natural coconut dry powder mix with no preservatives and no chemicals—just the authentic flavor of fresh coconut.
